Hunt Berryman:  Mr. Berryman is the Bank Board Chairman. Mr. Berryman retired after 37 years in the transportation industry. He founded Sunco Carriers, a Lakeland-based regional trucking company in 1981 and served as its President and CEO.

Paul Noris:  Mr. Noris is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Mr. Noris was the Lakeland City President for SunTrust Bank, Mid-Florida at the end of his sixteen-year career with SunTrust Bank.

Joy Barranco:  For 28 years, Mrs. Barranco was the Office Administrator for the Barranco Clinic, an Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic with offices in Winter Haven, Sebring, Lake Wales, Lakeland, Haines City and Clermont.

Howard Bayless:  Mr. Bayless serves as President of Marcobay Construction Company, a regional commercial general contractor with annual revenues in excess $100 million.
