Amy has been in banking for over 20 years and has wide-ranging professional experience in relationship management, client service delivery, process improvement, operational analysis, project management, team leadership and development, and banking operations. Before joining the Bank of Central Florida team, Amy worked in management roles as the business support manager, process improvement manager, and operations manager at The Bank of Tampa and a business banking senior client manager at Bank of America. She’s received several professional awards for her work in internal process improvement. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Capella University. Additionally, she has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
