Chairman of the Board

Mr. Noris is the Chairman of the Board, as well as serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Before joining Bank of Central Florida, he spent sixteen years at SunTrust Bank (Truist), Mid-Florida, where he served as Lakeland City President.

Vice Chairman of the Board

Mr. Hollis is Vice Chairman of the Board and has spent over 40 years in grocery retailing with Publix Super Markets, Inc. Before retiring at the end of 2012, he spent the last 18 years as Vice President of Public Affairs. He serves on the board of Lakeland Regional Health Systems.

Previous Chairman of the Board

Mr. Moore is the immediate past Chairman of the Board and until recently served as CEO of Universal Building Specialties, a wholesale lumber company founded in 1959 that serves Florida and the Caribbean. He currently manages various real estate and investment holdings.

Howard Bayless

Member of the Board

Mr. Bayless serves as principal of Blue Steel Development, a privately held, commercial real estate development firm specializing in build-to-suit and speculative industrial projects. He has over 35 years in real estate development and has managed more than $1 billion in retail and industrial projects throughout the Southeast.

Wesley Beck

Member of the Board

Mr. Beck is president of BecKryger Capital Partners LLLP, a private equity firm focused on investments in a variety of industries and industrial development. Previously, he was a founding partner in Florida Flavors, a specialty manufacturer of flavors and fragrances.

Ginny Harris

Member of the Board

Mrs. Harris is a Certified Public Accountant. She is the President of Harris & Hahn, P.A., a public accounting firm in Lakeland providing tax and accounting services to individuals and corporations, as well as, trustee services to their clients for 30 years. Previously, Mrs. Harris served in the United States Air Force for 12 years. She has been a member of the Lakeland Rotary Club for twenty-three years, serving as treasurer for four years. Currently, she is on the board of trustees for First Methodist Church of Lakeland.

Greg Ruthven

Greg Ruthven

Member of the Board

Mr. Ruthven serves as CEO and chairman of the board at The Ruthvens, a real estate development firm specializing in industrial warehouse space in Lakeland. The firm currently owns approximately four million square feet of industrial and commercial space and currently serves over three hundred tenants. The Ruthvens is a family owned business residing in Lakeland and was established in 1957.

Member of the Board

Mrs. Wilson is Senior Vice President, IT Strategy, Governance and Business Planning for Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, having worked for Marriott Vacations in the hospitality industry for 38 years. She recently served on the board of Lakeland Regional Health Systems for 9 years and is currently on the Advisory Board to Parker Street Ministries, Inc.

Mr. Strang is the CEO of Six/Ten LLC, in Winter Haven and has deep roots in Polk County. He has been actively involved in the growth and development of a variety of real estate, agriculture and business services, and previously served as President of the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce, the Central Florida Development Council and Main Street Winter Haven, Inc.

Danielle Kucera

Member of the Board
Danielle Kucera is the Chief Product & Risk Officer and Founding Member for 360 Advanced, Inc., a Cybersecurity & Compliance company headquartered in Tampa Bay. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Public Accountant, authorized to practice throughout the majority of the United States. Danielle is unyieldingly committed to serving her community, holding positions such as the past Board Chair and Finance Committee Chair for The Children’s Dream Fund, mentoring women in business, volunteering at her children’s schools, and supporting sustainable conservation efforts.
