Jennifer Adams began her career in banking in 1996 and joined Bank of Central Florida at its inception in 2007 as its first Private Banker, helping launch the service delivery model that the bank maintains today. After 16 years as a Senior Relationship Manager, Jennifer now serves as Client Experience Officer, ensuring our delivery model and employee development are consistent across the footprint. Growing up in Maitland, FL, she made her home in Lakeland after graduating from Florida Southern College in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations. Jennifer is a graduate of Leadership Lakeland Class XXVIII, Chair of Leadership Lakeland Class XLIII and past board member (17 years) for Alliance for Independence, Inc.
