Sam Hernan is a Professional Relationship Manager at Bank of Central Florida, where he brings a strong background in client service and relationship development. A graduate of the University of Tampa with a degree in Government and International Affairs, Sam began his career with nine years of customer service experience at Publix and later worked with Griffin Pools and Construction. For the past four years, he has served as a Client Support Specialist, known for being attentive to client needs and delivering personalized banking support.

Sam is deeply invested in the Lakeland community. He was honored as Volunteer of the Year by Alliance for Independence and has actively supported organizations such as the Special Olympics, Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center, and Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine. He is also a graduate of EMERGE Serves, a leadership program through EMERGE Lakeland (a Lakeland Chamber of Commerce initiative), and the Summer Leadership Program with the Lakeland Economic Development Council.
