Danielle Kucera

Tampa Advisory Board Chair

Danielle Kucera is the Chief Product & Risk Officer and Founding Member for 360 Advanced, Inc., a Cybersecurity & Compliance company headquartered in Tampa Bay. 

She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Public Accountant, authorized to practice throughout the majority of the United States. 

Danielle is unyieldingly committed to serving her community, holding positions such as the past Board Chair and Finance Committee Chair for The Children’s Dream Fund, mentoring women in business, volunteering at her children’s schools, and supporting sustainable conservation efforts.

David Silver

David Silver is the President and CEO of Instrumental Wealth, an ensemble of Independent CFP® Practitioners, and Fiduciary Fee-Based Financial Advisors.    

An entrepreneur at heart, David earned a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Tampa which provided valuable insight into the complex needs of small business owners. Since then, his client base has grown to include executives and professional athletes. David’s acumen in individual financial and insurance services, investment strategies, and business planning are only matched by his attention to detail.

David and his wife, Amy, have 3 amazing children, DJ, Olivia, and William. When David isn’t working, he enjoys quality time with his family, playing guitar, golfing, and watching sports.

Peter Nelson

Pete Nelson

Tampa Advisory Board

Pete is a founding member and partner of Qypsys, a provider of large enterprise network design solutions and installation services, and Starlink Construction Utilities, a prime contractor to TECO for underground utility services. Pete serves the partnership in the capacity of overall financial management and strategy of these organizations. In addition, Pete acts in a contractual CFO capacity for other entities affiliated with his group of partners.  

Prior to his current responsibilities Pete worked in corporate banking for three years, acted as the CFO for Kablelink Communications, a provider of cable fulfillment services to Spectrum throughout Central Florida, for ten years, and served as the CFO for Peak Performance for Men, a private equity backed national men’s medical company, for two years.     

Pete graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Clarkson University in 1995, and earned his MBA from the University of Florida in 2002. Pete lives in South Tampa with his wife, Rhonda, and three daughters, and is active in his church, Christ the King, and supporting organizations such as Children’s Cancer Center, Wheels of Success and CFO Exchange.

Roy Dickie

Tampa Advisory Board

Roy Dickie has over 36 years of real estate development, project and construction management, engineering, and industry experience. Prior to founding Peak Development, Roy led the construction management division of Harrod Properties, a development company located in Tampa, Florida.

Roy began his career at Trammell Crow (now part of CBRE) before starting his own construction management firm, Roy Dickie Company, where he has consulted for some of the largest lending institutions including CITI Group, Aetna, and UBS Financial Services for fund deployment.

Roy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida. He is an active member of CFMA. Out of the office, Roy enjoys playing golf, flying, and boating.

John Wakefield

John D. Wakefield

Tampa Advisory Board

John D. Wakefield is a Founding Principal of VW Multifamily, a real estate private equity company focused on investments in Florida and the Carolinas. John is directly responsible for originating investment opportunities, cultivating investor relationships, raising capital, and executing operating plans. 

Prior to launching VW Multifamily, John lead strategy and corporate development activities for Lykes Bros for seven years and worked in corporate banking and wealth management for nine years. John graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the College of Charleston in 1994 and earned an International MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in 1998. 

His community involvement includes serving as the current Board Chair for Frameworks of Tampa Bay. He is also the founder of Tampa Oyster Fest as well as a founding board member of the Gasparilla Music Festival.
