Mr. Strang is the CEO of Six/Ten LLC, in Winter Haven and has deep roots in Polk County. He has been actively involved in the growth and development of a variety of real estate, agriculture and business services, and previously served as President of the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce, the Central Florida Development Council and Main Street Winter Haven, Inc.

Mark Turner

Mark Turner was born and raised in Winter Haven, graduating at the University of Florida and Stetson University College of Law. Mr. Turner was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989 and has been a practicing attorney for over 32 years. He’s been a partner in the law firm of Straughn & Turner, P.A since June 1994, focusing on Real Estate, Wills & Trusts, Probate and Trust Administration, Commercial Transactions, and Corporate and Business Entities. 

Mr. Turner has been involved in the Winter Haven community, and is the past President and Board Member of Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce, the previous Chairman and Board member of Polk State College Foundation, Inc., a prior Board Member of the Polk State College District Board of Trustees, and a former Chair and Board Member of the Winter Haven Economic Development Council. Today he is involved as a current Board member of Givewell Community Foundation, and a present Board Member of Humane Society of Polk County. 

When not at Straughn & Turner, P.A or spending time in the community, he loves spending time with his wife, Deanne Turner and her son Jonah Myers. They enjoy exploring the outdoors, hiking, biking, and skiing.

Mr. Tanner is a Winter Haven raised entrepreneur, obtaining a degree in Food and Resource Economics graduate from the University of Florida. He’s been involved in different food related industries, holding managerial and sales roles, eventually being a part of the founding and opening of Food Partners.

Now, Mr. Tanner is the CEO & President of Food Partners, joined by his Wife Mrs. Deanna Rhodes-Tanner as CFO. Mr. Tanner has been a part of the Local Country Club of Winter Haven board for 8 years, and believes in the idea of local ownership, and having a vested interest in the health and well-being of our community.

Brent Parrish

Winter Haven Advisory Board

Brent Parrish is a sixth generation Floridian, raised in Keystone Heights, FL. He is a certified public accountant and has been providing accounting, tax, and litigation services to clients throughout the United States for more than 20 years.

Brent has served on various not-for-profit boards including the Polk State College Foundation, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountant Polk County Chapter, and the Florida Bar Grievance Committee. He currently serves as a board member of the Winter Haven Hospital Foundation and a community board member of the Winter Haven Hospital Committee for Excellence.

Brent graduated from Florida Southern College in 1999 with an accounting degree and later obtained an MBA. He enjoys being outdoors, keeping up with Florida Gator athletics and spending time with his wife of 21 years, Dana, and his children, Jackson and Grayce.

Dr. Panagiotis Iakovidis is a board certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon who is practicing thoracic and vascular surgery in Winter Haven, FL at Bond Clinic, P.A. since 1996. He is the current CEO and President of Bond Clinic since 2009.

Dr. Iakovidis was born in Thessalonica, Greece on July 12, 1959. He grew up as a young man in the playing fields of PAOKFC, one of the most famous soccer clubs in the country. He graduated high school in Thessalonica, Greece and traveled to Houston, TX to attend the University of Houston, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1984 with summa cum laude. He attended the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, TX and graduated Alpha Omega Alpha in 1988. He received his general surgery training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX. He was board certified in General Surgery in 1994. Dr. Iakovidis received his training in cardiothoracic surgery at the University of Virginia in Morgantown and graduated in June 1996.

Dr. Iakovidis joined Bond Clinic, P.A. in September 1996 as a cardiothoracic/vascular surgeon. Bond Clinic is a professional medical association, made up of over 100 providers, encompassing 28 medical specialties. Dr. Iakovidis assumed the role of Chairman of the Board in 2009 and has served as the CEO and President, since that time. His career at Bond Clinic continues to span more than 25 years. During this time period, Dr. Iakovidis has managed all major aspects of the organization, including serving in roles from Chairman of the Marketing Committee, Chairman of the Operations Committee, member of the Finance Committee, member of the Board of Directors and most currently as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Board.

In addition to Dr. Iakovidis’ medical career, he also is the Owner of High Performance Car Care Centers located in Winter Haven, Florida; Dundee, Florida; and Auburndale, Florida. His interest in the auto mechanic field flourished when he first opened several different car wash centers in 1999.

Dr. Iakovidis has been involved in the amateur soccer arena, serving as a Coach and Manager of Clubs that have competed at the National level, for over 10 years. He was a Coach/Manager for the Royal Eagles Soccer Club; the Manger for the Kickers Football Club; a Board of Directors Member for the Florida Suncoast Soccer League and a participating member of the Lakeland Adult Soccer Organization.  This passion led to purchasing the Lakeland based Florida Tropics MASL Team in 2016 and his vision to grow the club contributed to the addition of an outdoor USPL team.  

Dr. Iakovidis continues to reside in Central Florida and has three grown children who are also pursuing careers in the Medical Field.

Ben Crosby

Benjamin E. Crosby, CCIM, ALC has been in the Real Estate Business for 40 years. Ben is a Land Specialist at Crosby and Associates, specializing in agricultural investments, commercial property sales and management.

Ben has served on the REALTORS Land Institute Budget & Finance Committee, as President of the Florida CCIM Chapter, a Trustee at the Florida REALTORS Political Action Committee and more. He recently won the REALTORS Land Institute 2020 Robert C. Meeks Distinguished Service Award, Commercial Achievement Award, and Land Institute Excellence in Instruction Awards. 

Ben was born in Tampa and received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. He and his wife have three daughters and 17 grandchildren together.

Wes Donley

Mr. Donley is from Winter Haven, FL and is a third generation native of Polk County.  Mr. Donley graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Business Finance degree.  He is a managing partner and owner of several real estate development companies that specialize in acquiring and developing property into single family residential subdivisions.  He is an owner and President of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club.  Mr. Donley has over 20 years of experience with operations and investments in multiple areas of the real estate industry including agriculture, commercial, storage, multifamily apartments, a golf course, ranchland, and raw land for future development. 

Previously, Mr. Donley served on the Board of Directors at CenterState Bank, and the Board of Directors at Polk County Farm Bureau.  Currently, he serves on the advisory steering committee at Lakeland Christian School. 

Mr. Donley is a member of Redeemer City Church in Winter Haven.  He and his wife, Shannon, have been married for 18 years.  They have two children, Caroline (10) and Cameron (9).  He enjoys the outdoors and loves hunting and fishing with his family.
