We recently worked with the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce to present the Economic Summit! Bank of Central Florida CEO, Paul Noris, took the stage alongside our Winter Haven Relationship Managers, Bo Boyte and Carman Rich. They introduced Summit speakers Dr. Sean Snaith and Wade Elliot.
Dr. Sean Snaith is a nationally recognized economist. He serves as the director of the University of Central Florida’s Institute for Economic Forecasting. Mr. Wade Elliot is the Vice President of Business Development at Port Tampa Bay and accounts for more than 30 years of business development, marketing and research experience across the globe.
At the Summit, Dr. Snaith and Mr. Smith provided a comprehensive, expert overview of the key issues impacting our economy. Our community has been hit with rising interest rates and increasing costs across the board. “We expect, with all the new opportunities in our area, local businesses will thrive,” says Nicole Irby, Bank of Central Florida Relationship Manager, reflecting on the event.
“If we want to be part of a community, it’s important we do our part in helping drive its economy. As a sponsor of this event, we care about Winter Haven’s growth. We bring access to capital to our clients, and we’re always willing to sit down with clients to talk through their projects and goals.”
We are honored to share a wealth of knowledge around supply chain issues impacting local businesses and the growth along the I-4 corridor. Thank you to the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce for allowing us to present this wonderful and informative event!
