Joseph Furnari is a thirty-five year resident of Polk County and received his bachelor’s degree in financial management from Florida Southern College. He spent six years with Metropolitan Life as a sales representative before beginning his banking career with First Union in 1998 (later Wells Fargo).
During his twelve year career with Wachovia, Mr. Furnari spent seven years in the retail bank which included three years as a sales leader for both Hillsborough and Polk counties and five years as a commercial banker for Polk County. He is a graduate of Lakeland Leadership Class XXIV.

Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager
Jennifer Adams began her career in banking in 1996 and worked in both the retail and business banking arenas for regional banks for eleven years. In 2007, Mrs. Adams joined Bank of Central Florida as its first Private Banker and helped launch the model that the bank maintains today.
Growing up in Maitland, FL, she made her home in Lakeland after graduating from Florida Southern College in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations. Mrs. Adams is a graduate of Leadership Bartow 2000, Leadership Lakeland Class XXVIII and has served on the board of directors for Alliance for Independence for over 10 years.

Trey Barnett has been in banking and finance for 10 years in the Polk County Market. He began his career with Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker. For 5 years, Trey worked at JPMorgan Chase Bank as a Private Client Banker. In his leadership, he was responsible for the role out of Chase Banks Private Client Program in the Lakeland area.
Trey’s experience at JPMorgan Chase and JPMorgan securities has provided him a wealth of knowledge in banking, investments, lending and asset management.

April Mullins began her career with Bank of Central Florida as one of the seven employees who opened the bank in 2007. She worked alongside our small team to lay the groundwork for the client experience we offer today. In 2014, April moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee with her husband and children and continued her banking career; she returned to Lakeland in 2022.
Today, April serves our Professional Banking clients as a Relationship Manager, creating unique solutions and developing relationships with both personal and business clients in the Lakeland and Plant City markets. With over 20 years of banking experience, April understands that each client requires a creative approach to their financial needs.
April has served as a Membership Chair, Volunteer, and Secretary of the Steering Committee at EMERGE Lakeland, spearheading its inaugural P2P (peer to peer) mentoring program. April’s experience and energy position her to serve clients with vision and resourcefulness.

Emily Jesse is new to the banking industry, but familiar in client and account relations as she has previously worked for two Fortune 500 companies and most recently a global non-profit, bringing a tenure and wealth of information to her accounts. Emily has a passion for going above and beyond for her clients.
Emily was born in Ohio, but grew up locally in Polk county, she enjoys being active outdoors with her family, traveling, and enjoy volunteering in the
community. She is a part of the Sheriff’s Advisory council and currently serves on the board at her church.

Coady Cheek has been in banking and finance for over 10 years in Polk County and the surrounding areas. He began his career with MIDFLORIDA Credit Union in 2011, serving in Retail Management and Business Banking.
Coady is passionate about serving clients, taking a creative approach in providing exceptional solutions to all banking needs.
Growing up in Central Illinois, Coady now calls Lakeland home after graduating from Southeastern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Mr. Cheek is a member of the Lakeland Rotary Club and serves as Treasurer of his church, The King’s Church Lakeland.
Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Leader
A native of Pennsylvania, Randell Hollen received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marietta College in 1983. He began his banking career immediately thereafter and moved to Florida in 1985. Since that time, Mr. Hollen has worked with SunTrust Bank and two community banks in commercial banking roles, including all forms of commercial transactions such as real estate, equipment and tax exempt transactions.
Mr. Hollen has been a resident of Lakeland since 1991 and has served in various community service roles. He was president of The Lakeland Rotary Club from 2000 – 2001, a Board President of the American Cancer Society in 2006, Board President of Achievement Academy of Polk County, and chairman of Leadership Lakeland Class XVIII. He has also served on the boards of VISTE, United Way of Central Florida, and the Learning Resource Center of Polk County. He is a 1995 graduate of Louisiana State University’s School of Banking of the South and a member of both Leadership Lakeland XIII and Leadership Polk III.

Kim Knaisch joined Bank of Central Florida in November 2018. She holds a Finance degree from Florida Southern College. Mrs. Knaisch started her banking career in 1995 with Barnett Bank. She currently serves on a committee for the Central Florida Development Council and is a member of the Lakeland Tiger Town Rotary.

With over twenty years of banking experience in the state of Florida, Nicole Irby joined Bank of Central Florida as a commercial banker. Mrs. Irby graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in marketing and public relations. She began her career in Orlando at Bank of America and transferred several years later to SunTrust Bank.
In 2009, she moved to Polk County. Currently, Mrs. Irby functions as the secretary in the Winter Haven Economic Development Council, serves as a board member for the Humane Society of Polk County and is a member of the Polk State Corporate College Advisory Board and is a graduate of Leadership Winter Haven, Class XXXIII and Leadership Polk, Class VII.

Dawn Lyons is a Central Florida native. After graduating from Stetson University with a bachelor's degree in history, Ms. Lyons began her banking career in 1999. She worked for Wells Fargo for 20 years before joining our Lakeland team in 2021. She leads local business development activities and develops banking relationships with present and potential commercial banking clients.
Ms. Lyons is passionate about financial education and financial literacy. She is actively involved in the Polk County community, serving the American Business Women's Association, Lakeland's Aerospace Center for Excellence, and the UCF Advisory Board Council.
